Cork Blademasters are a 'Historical European Martial Arts (HEMA) School teaching medieval combat techniques'. My friend, Michael Nolan, depicted on the left, is a member. A couple of weeks ago I asked him would the class let me in for a session and their teacher, Andrew, kindly allowed me. I took some photos and did some quick charcoal sketches, which were total rubbish.
